On the nose it is of great intensity and elegance, with both fruity and vegetable sensations. The nose-profile range moves from red-berried fruits such as black cherries, blackberry and blackcurrant to the vegetable aromas of bell pepper. The palate is important and elegant with a rich, full and pleasant body. It shows a freshness with velvety overtones. A long finish confirms and develops the nose. The Pinot Grigio is a brilliant, golden yellow with copper reflexes. Intense, ample and refined, starting with floral notes of acacia and hawthorn. It evolves towards fruity notes of peach, pineapple and pink grapefruit, with a delicate mineral note in the finish.
