Foundation - Plastic

The plastic foundation inserts by Acorn Beekeeping Equipment, are meant to last. With a rigid, molded "worker" cell structure, these wax-coated plastic foundations will not bow or warp and will be good to use year over year. You can choose either a standard layer of wax & an unwaxed plastic foundation. It is advisable that you add a layer of wax to the unwaxed foundation to encourage the honeybees to continue building out new wax foundation.
