Bison Star Bar Soap

Our bar soaps highlight the beauty of local plants that are sourced from our own garden, local farmers or wild-harvested. Each bar is hand poured into our custom molds. Soaps come in minimal plastic wrapping to preserve the essential oils within. Red Lavender Soap bars highlight not only the beauty of the fragrant lavender flower, but also organic ground turmeric root.  Turmeric has many common uses and is well known for its anti-inflammatory properties (although we make no health claims).  Lavender and turmeric together make for quite the luxurious soap. All of our lavender comes from Purple Adobe Farm in Abiquiu, New Mexico.  Nestled among gorgeous landscapes, the lavender peaks during the summer months.  We often take drives over to the farm just to take in the beauty of the plants and incredible red rock cliffs around the area.  Many artists have drawn inspiration from the Abiquiu region including famous Georgia O’Keeffe.  Ingredients:  saponified coconut, palm & safflower oils
