"Luna Mystique" Mini Art Quilt Wall Hanging

About "Luna Mystique""Luna Mystique"  is a mixed media style hand and machine stitched patchwork fabric decorative wall hanging made with hand painted fabric and is almost entirely stitched together by hand with hand embroidery accents and sewn in Czech glass beads. This mini art quilt has a cotton batting interior and is backed with cotton fabric. The fabric used is 100% quilting cotton and cotton gauze with a machine stitched black fabric binding. The Luna Moth design has been hand drawn and designed by my own templates. "Luna Mystique" Hangs on two sewn in fabric tabs designed to hang onto it's own hand painted wooden dowel. The wooden dowel has been painted with metallic paint and given a distressed look against black.Inpsiration"A mystical existence flutters around with bright vivid color against the night sky in which it's fate has been written in it's twinkling stars for a brief but wonderous moment"-An ode to the nocturnal moth that lives for only a week in this majestic form.M
