Our simple recipe starts with a spiced marinade of yogurt with our Tikka Masala spice blend and your favorite protein (we suggest chicken or paneer/veggies if you want a vegetarian dish). Grill up the protein/veggies, make our easy tomato/onion/garlic/ginger gravy with more of the Tikka Masala spice blend, add in the grilled protein/veggies, top with cilantro and Voila! No need to order takeout when you’re craving Indian food!
