WHAT IS TELLICHERRY - Tellicherry black peppercorns are harvested the same as the regular Malabar peppercorns, but are separated from after harvest by size. They are bigger than regular black peppercorns. BOLD FLAVOR - by being bigger, they have bold flavor and less heat. No Preservatives, No Additives - we don't use any preservatives and don't add anything other than the peppercorns. Resealable Bag - our heat sealed bag makes it perfect for refilling any grinder. Farm to Table - we grow spices and herbs and we take pride in our fresh ingredients and traditional methods we use in our farm like sundry and handpicking.
