March 1st from 12-1PM EST LIVE ONLINE In this one-hour session, we’ll explore three ephemeral blooms native to North America: trillium, bloodroot, and jack-in-the-pulpit. These early spring flowers appear briefly, offering their medicine for only a short window before receding back into the earth. Ephemeral plants live in intimate relationship with time itself, teaching us about emergence and the courage it takes to be an early bloomer. While spring is culturally associated with renewal and momentum, many people experience this season as destabilizing. After the inward pull of winter, the sudden return to light can feel abrupt to the nervous system, especially for highly sensitive people. Together, we’ll look at the sacred wisdom these ephemeral allies carry about the emergence process and how it can help you remember that you're right on time.
