Brooch with Two Gold Tone Cats Wearing Silver Bow Ties and Silver Rhinestone Eyes

A brooch decorated with two gold tone cats, small and large, both wearing silver tone bow ties and finished with tiny silver rhinestone eyes.  The brooch is affixed with a locking c-clasp attachment and measures 1 1/8" across and 1 5/8" tall.  The maker is unknown and the condition is very good.
