Stoneware Flower Frog or Potpourri/Pen/Pencil Holder with Blue and Tan Glazes

**Please note description** A unique handmade stoneware flower frog or potpourri container featuring petal-like openings on a shallow body glazed in blue and speckled gray glazes.  The piece measures 3 3/4" wide and 1 1/4" high.  The bottom is signed by the maker and the bottom also shows where a crack was repaired with a quality adhesive in such a way that the piece is very secure should any water be poured into it if treated as a flower frog.  If using as a potpourri with salt it won't really matter.  Do you know what else this can be used for?  A really cool pen/pencil holder.  The blue and stainless steel silver of my Zebra F-301's look particularly cool fanning out from the holes.
