"Smoochy," the Beanie Baby is a green frog with yellow belly, feet, and eyes, glossy black and green plastic eyes, and red mouth.  Smoochy was was born on October 1, 1997, introduced on December 31, 1997, and retired on March 31, 1999.  Smoochy is filled with polyester fiber and P.E. pellets and measures 7" across the legs and is 9" long.  The 5th generation heart tag is attached and is in very good condition.  The 6th generation tush tag is in very good condition and the frog is in pristine condition with no flaws.   Poem Inside the Swing Tag Is he a frog or maybe a prince ?
