Ty Inc. (Illinois, USA) 1999 Speedy the Turtle Beanie Buddy (Larger than a Beanie Baby)

"Speedy" the turtle Beanie Buddy has a green body, green and brown marked shell, and black and green plastic eyes.  Speedy was introduced on January 4, 2000 and retired on May 9, 2000.  Speedy rests on its belly, is filled with polyester fiber and P.E. pellets in a cloth bag, and measures 13" long, 9" wide, and and is 4" tall.  The swing tag is attached and is in very good condition.  The cloth tush tag is in good condition and the camel is in pristine condition, with no flaws.   The Poem Inside the Swing Tag Speedy the BEANIE BABY was one of the first Beanie Babies to feature printed fabric !
