With ruffle puff sleeves, a brown and blue petite floral print, and a perfectly tiered skirt that hits just below the knees, this dress is so easy to wear. It features elastic cuffs on the sleeves and an elastic waist making it ultra comfortable. Pair with heels for a more classic look or with cowboy boots for a western vibe.
