It’s perfectly  ruched fabric in a pale blue gingham, paired with the descending grossgrain blue bows and ribbon, it is sophisticated and feminine. It features a v neckline in both the front and back, a mini puff at the shoulder, 3/4 length sleeves and a side zipper enclosure. It’s also fully lined. The dress fits very true to size.
