Surplus Czech M10M Gas Mask

The Czech M10M Gas Mask was the upgraded version of the Czech M10 Gas Mask as it includes a drinking tube. The M10 and M10M eliminated the need for a canister due to filters located in the cheek of the mask. The mask was designed to protect against respiratory gas attacks, biological attacks, and radioactive particles. A set of outer eye lenses allows for greater eye protection, while the integrated drinking tube allows the user to access their canteen without being contaminated. The elastic strap system allows the user to quickly put on their mask and cinch it down tight. The voice emitter allows for clear communication while wearing the mask. It was a cold war era mask used primarily in the Czechoslovakian People's Army and East German's National People’s Army. Note: This is a military collectible and is not intended for emergency use.
