Taste of Spain An Evening in Spain, as you arrive we will greet you with a smile, hand you an apron, and welcome you to share in an evening of Spanish cuisines. We will cut, chop, sauté, and create AMAZING food one course at a time. Paella is the most popular dish you will find in Spain. Originally birthed in Valencia, Paella was created as lunch for the field workers and farmers. Today, Paella recipes have adapted with new variations of meat, vegetable, seafood, and spices. Come join us for this fun class!! We look forward to cooking with you!!! Menu: Appetizer: Pan a la Parilla Tomato - Grilled bread with tomatoes, garlic, and olives. Entree: Paella Andaluz - A traditional Spanish Paella made with saffron rice and the freshest available seafood, chicken, and Chorizo. Dessert: MIGUELITOS - Spanish cream filled pastry Class Type: We have many styles of classes. This class is geared for entertainment with cooking skills taught throughout the class.
