Ki Gourmet Sauce Trio

  Three of our favorite handcrafted sauces from Mexico are packaged in our gift box.  Mango Huapango  Salsa made from mango and a mixture of three chilies carefully chosen to give your dishes a touch of Mexican elegance. This sauce can be used as a dressing for green salads or as an accompaniment to raw vegetables such as jicama and cucumber, as well as being the base for the preparation of your main dishes. Zarzamora Cielo Rojo  Salsa is made from blackberry and Morita chilli, so versatile that it can accompany a wide range of dishes, ranging from snacks of mature cheeses and foie gras, through main dishes, to some desserts. La Llorona Red sauce made from roasted tomato and morita chile. It presents smoky touches that combine perfectly with chicken, beef, fish and shellfish. It is an excellent sample of the traditional flavors of Mexican cuisine.
