Shanti Ayurvedic Tea is a special blend of Tulsi, saffron, fennel, licorice, orange peel, star anise, lemongrass, peppermint, rosebuds, chamomile and citrus, intended to calm both mind and body. It steeps up a slightly sweet cup with cooling notes of fennel, orange and mint, and is naturally caffeine-free. Steeping  Use 1 heaped tablespoon per 8 oz. cup. Steep at 212º F for 4 minutes.
