Dive into the joyful world of this organic tea and let your palate dance!   Steeping  The best way to enjoy a cup is after a quick steep of the leaves. Use 1 heaped teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Steep at 212º F for 15 seconds.Throw away the steeped liquor and bring the water temperature back up to 212º F. Steep for 2 minutes. Tea can be re-infused an additional 2-3 times by adding 1 minute to each additional steep.  Origin China Caffeine content: A bit higher than green tea, and a bit less than black. Typically about 50-75 mg of caffeine per 8 oz. cup.
