Rare original CDV of Reverend Otis Gibson (December 8, 1826 – January 25, 1889) by Shew, San Francisco with his blindstamp on the front bottom-right corner of the image. Addressed to Pok Wong Lee on the back. Gibson was a Methodist pastor, best known for his missionary work to the Chinese in Fuzhou, China and in San Francisco, California. 4" x 2.5". VG antique condition with some light wear.
