The EZ-Nord

The EZ-Nord is a Nordic Curl attachment that allows you to comfortably perform Nordic Curls on nearly any weight bench! The easy two-strap system allows for a quick & secure setup, so you can start mastering Nordic Curls! The EZ-Nord offers an incredibly compact, robust, easy-to-use & affordable package perfect for Knees Over Toes training, home gyms, athletes, physical therapists, and more. The Nordic Curl exercise has proven itself as a critical factor in helping to prevent hamstring injuries and increase athleticism by overloading the hamstrings eccentrically. Designed with the end user in mind, we set out to completely rethink the traditional Nordic Strap and make it way better than anything else on the market. The EZ- Nord is exceptional in every way! Nordic Straps work; however, the experience could be better from setting it up to the actual use of the Nordic Strap and being unable to easily rest between sets, a vastly less comfortable experience compared to The EZ-Nord.
