Macari, Dos Aguas White (2024)

North Fork, Long Island, New York. Sustainably farmed. A bright, coastal white blend from Macari’s estate vineyards, crafted from 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Gris. A selective blend of small white lots. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. No malolactic conversion.  A pale lemon color with aromas of honey, Meyer lemon, pear, and white peach is mirrored on the palate. Medium-bodied with a refreshing fruit-driven finish. Pair it with oysters, grilled shrimp, or a big summer salad.
