From the Rhône Valley, France, this organic Cinsault comes from the oldest vines in St.-Julien, planted in the 1950s on limestone and marl soils. Hand-harvested, with about half the grapes destemmed, it undergoes a six-day maceration before being pressed into concrete tanks for fermentation and maturation—without any added SO₂. The result is a light, juicy wine bursting with bright fruit.
