Northern California. Skin-Contact Sauvignon Blanc. Certified Organic. Regenerative farming. This is not your average Sauvignon Blanc. Grown on the wind-whipped slopes of Haiku Vineyard in Mendocino, this wine leans more "light red with a pigment issue" than your typical white sipper. After a 12-day skin ferment and plenty of lees aging in stainless steel, it’s developed texture, grip, and complexity without losing that classic Sauvignon Blanc brightness. The nose is perfumed and expressive, leading into layers of citrus, stone fruit, and savory herbs. There's structure from the tannins, richness from time on lees, and just the right amount of wild character from native fermentation. Unfined, wild-fermented, low-sulfur. This wine is sunshine in a glass!
