The Boulevard 48 & 36 offer all the same great features and design options as the 60 but in a smaller, more compact design. The included remote control can be used to turn the fireplace on and off, it also functions as a thermostat and can adjust the flame height to six different levels. With the addition of the gravity air kit this can now be safely accomplished. The gravity air kit naturally moves the heat being produced by the fireplace through ducting behind the wall to a discharge near the ceiling, reducing the wall temperatures above the fireplace. A TV or mantel can then safely be installed as low as 16” above the fireplace opening. Exterior Forced Air Kit Enjoy the ambiance of the Boulevard series of fireplace no matter the season. Easily control the amount of heat entering the room utilizing the forced air heat management kit. An exterior mounted fan pulls heat being produced by the fireplace and moves it to the exteriorof the home.
