To apply press with a heat press with medium pressure at 325 degrees for 20-25 seconds covered with parchment paper. Turn your garment inside out and a second press for and additional 20 seconds at medium pressure. Apply your patches to sweatshirts, t-shirts, denim jackets, hats, bags, most fabrics that can withstand the heat.
