We chose this partner because of their fast turnaround, attention to detail and high level of customer service. This is a unique ceramic coffee mug made by a professional quality sublimation printing process. The design is printed on both sides of the mug using a special sublimation paper, that is heat transferred, turning the inks to gas and infusing it into the ceramic mug. The process is done totally by hand and ensures that the design cannot chip or wear away from the mug like other vinyl or hand-painted mugs can.
