This rosary is handmade with 4 sections of 9 beads that call in the essence of blood in the water, sacred to Rán who cares for the drowned and those who perish at sea. All elements are strung on gold-tone stainless steel. The number four was chosen to calling stability while navigating difficult waters, while 9 was chosen for being so very sacred in the Norse cosmology.
