Dwarf Cherry (Prunus tomentosa) - These Cherries grow on a shrub, 5-8 feet tall. Originally cultivated from Mongolia to Tibet, they're also known as Nanking Cherries. The fruit is somewhat tart, bright red and perfect for making preserves. This shrub thrives in full sun and blooms profusely in early spring, offering a stunning show of pink flowers, followed by abundant fruit in late spring or early summer.
