New Old Stock OEM headlight/dimmer/dome override switch from a 1998 - 2005 Chevrolet S10 or Blazer with the Rear Fog Lamp and Headlamp Level Adjustment options. Some of the export trucks had rear fog lights and a dial to adjust the height of the headlamps for driving between the UK and Europe. This switch panel is used to activate both options. Will still work with the automatic headlamps, but provides the factory switch for rear fogs and the dial for the height adjustment. Or use the switch panel to retrofit the buttons into your existing panel for auxiliary lights or more. These are NOS switches in new condition as they arrived from the dealer.
