The product is inserted under the poly sleeve and the outer wings are folded under the frame to lock the product in place and protect it during shipment. Manufactured by Stephen Gould. Alternative for item #200650. This insert is required for the AT&T Uverse program, and can be used for other items of similar size, shape and weight. Pack includes 40 inserts.
