When I started calling these hand cut pine trees Rebel Pines a couple years ago it planted the seed in me to change my business name to Rebel Pine Studio. I felt so connected to the idea behind these pieces, the idea of living life in a rebellious way that was counterculture to what the norm of modern society dictates, and it began to change me from the inside without my even knowing it.
