Antique 19thc FRENCH Glazed Yellow CONFIT Pottery JUG Jar w/Handles 8 1/4"

Wonderful antique French Confit pot. Medium size jug with handle at each side, measures 8 1/4" tall x 8" x 6". Classic yellow colored pottery and glaze, dating from early to mid 1800's. Historically they would have been used to store Confit Du Canard and may have had a lid. Would make a lovely colorful vase or planter for a rustic home vibe. Overall, excellent condition with some wear to glaze, but nothing major, considering it's old age. No major chips, cracks, or repairs found.    10758-13
