Drink through 2040 Fattoria Galardi is a small winery situated on the inactive volcano Roccamonfina in Campania. Though Roccamonfina has been inactive for somewhere near 50,000 years, today it offers us a site for the vines of fine wine! The vines sit at about 1,300 feet in altitude helping keep significant diurnal shifts. Consulting winemaker Ricardo Cotarella
