2024 Ronchi di Cialla Friulano

Collio Orientali del Friuli-Cialla, Friuli, Italy Friulano Fermented with wild yeast in temperature-controlled stainless steel preceded by a one-day maceration on the skins. Aged on the lees for at least three months with frequent batonnage.Aged for a couple of months in bottle before release. Complex and elegant nose; floral notes are prevalent, revived by freshness and minerality. Great elegance and typicality; balanced acidity; attractive savory aftertaste that lingers on the palate. Pair with: Fish-based dishes; San Daniele ham; vegetable starters. Excellent as an aperitif too. Serving temperature: 10-12°C.
