This gem of sunshine is an a-line dream, with the most fantastic puff sleeves that are literally an illusion! The twisted wire sleeves puff fabric into a bouncy silhouette while keeping the shoulder and underarm comfortable and open. In addition to the open shoulder, a gorgeous open oval back shows skin in the right places! This dress is utilizes negative space with the openings and the white blocking on the fabric to create a very light and flirtatious welcome. This 100% cotton, shift dress is in excellent condition, never worn and still has manufacture tags and extra fabric.
