Moschino Couture F/W 1989/1990 Black Wool "TAILLEUR" Skirt Suit

Early lifetime of Moschino skirt suit from  Fall/Winter 1989/1990 emblazoned with embroidered with oversized  "TAILLEUR" down back.. Made from 100% virgin wool, this suit features a wide lapel and double breasted jacket. The "tailleur" embroidery beautifully translates from the French term for couturier or tailor. Above the knee pencil skirt. Jacket has double flap pockets. A wonderful example of the designers profound sense of whimsy.  Excellent condition.  Appears unworn.
