16yr Rare Hook - BSO Private SiB

This is a private barrel selected for Bourbon Society of the Ozarks.  This rare single barrel (filled 8/26/2008) of Kentucky Straight Bourbon was distilled in Frankfort, KY with a mashbill of 75% Corn, 13% Rye, 12% Malted Barley. Barrels were moved to Lawrenceburg, KY where they aged for 16+ years to create these masterpieces.  Thank you for your support of our Distillery.  $25 of every bottle will go to Friends of Springfield Fire to support local first responders. Whiskey this good should also do some good in our community.  Nose - Sweet, complex, and changing constantly. Grape, black cherry, orange citrus, oak, kiwi and caramelized sugar.
