Sit Back & Relax I made this “ritual” to help me unwind when I’m feeling burnt out. I make my favorite cup of tea, I grab my favorite book, I take a long bath with my favorite bath tea, etc etc; my point is, I have a few ways I like to reconnect with myself depending on how I feel that day. For example, if my mind is feeling cluttered, I like to read a book. It helps me slow down, get my mind back on track, and focus on one task at a time. When I’m feeling anxious or stressed, I prefer to take a soak in the bath with my favorite candle and cup of tea. We all have different ways of unwinding, and this kit is to help aid in whatever area you need.
