A few reasons being chaga is: Anti-tumor, anti-mutagenic, antiviral, anti-platlet, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory to name a few!!  Chaga mushroom (Inonotus obliquus) is a type of mushroom that grows mainly on the bark of birch trees in cold climates. Chaga is a very woody mushroom that resembles a burnt tree burl vs a common-looking mushroom. Our Chaga sustainably foraged from the forests of Western Maine.  Our Chaga concentrate is a potent double extraction combining a phase one water extraction with a second phase 50/50 100 proof + reduced tea. This concentrate is a beautiful dark color and had a sweet & rich molasses-like flavor. Because it is a double extraction it finishes as a 50 proof. We recommend 1 tsp daily. This concentrate will provide a 20 days supply for a small bottle and 50 day supply for a large size. We add local maple syrup as well as ginger and bitters for a nice flavor.  This statement has not been
