Riboli Family Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon Since 1986 our family has farmed in the famed Rutherford AVA of Napa Valley. This 16-acre site was chosen for its rich Bale Series clay loam soils and gentle slope nestled along the Silverado Trail. The Cabernet Sauvignon clones thrive here with a temperate climate of warm days and cool nights translating to a long growing season. Between heavy rain early in the season, a long warm summer, and foggy mornings in early fall.  Sustainability Sustainability is our top priority. Our Paso Robles and Monterey vineyards are certified sustainable by CSWA. At our Paso Robles winery, solar panels provide 100% of the needed electricity, and wastewater is effectively reclaimed and recycled for additional uses. Wine Making Cabernet Sauvignon is fermented to dryness and then aged in 100% French barrels sourced from the French cooperages Marques, Berger, Orion, and Remond.
