The wine offers up an aromatic constellation of lemon, pear, tart orange, beeswax, a kaleidoscopic base of chalky minerality, oyster shell, straw and a topnote of lemon blossoms. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, complex and impeccably balanced, with a lovely core, great mineral drive and cut, zesty acids and a long, vibrant and lifted finish.
