2021 50 Roussanne, 50 Vermentino Faugeres, France Located in the Faugeres region of Languedoc, France, Ollier Taillefer was founded in 1977. They began organic farming in 2009 and were certified 3 years later. Even the water they use is captured and recycled! This delicious white is a blend of Role (also known as Vermentino) and Roussanne aged in vats. This wine is rich, creamy, smooth, with hints of minerality. Pair this with rich cheeses or creamy pasta dishes.
