Albet i Noya 'Petit Albet' Brut Rose Penedès, 2023

This delicious rosé is made from 60% Pinot Noir, and 40% Garnatxa. Penedés is famous for producing wines of place, with grapes grown almost exclusively organically and within the region's boundaries. The same may not be said for all wines labeled "Cava". Enjoy this fruit-rich, palate-cleansing, pretty sparkling rosé with grilled chicken or lamb "pintxos" - tapas-style skewers drizzled with fresh olive oil and served with a dilly yogurt sauce on the side.
