This wine is made from 100% Folle Blanche (Picpoul). Zippy and minerally with fresh green apple and lime and hints of stone and grassiness. This wine excels at refreshing on a hot day, and adding some texture and complexity to your seafood dinners. If you're after texture and freshness, we would pair this with steamed mussels and fries. To take advantage of the wine's acidity and fruit, pair it with a lactic goat's cheese like Elrick Log, or Humboldt Fog.
