Envínate's Misturado de Abeleda is sourced from a centenarian parcel, composed of a rare blend of 70% red (Mencia, Brancellao, Alicante Bouschet, Mouraton, and Gran Negro) and 30% white grapes (Godello, Torrontes, Treixadura, Albariño, and Doña Branca) is hand-harvested and co-fermented with wild yeasts. Aged for 11 months in used French oak, this wine is bottled with no additives for a pure and authentic flavor. Pair with grilled spicy shellfish or bone-in pork.
