Kentucky Owl Confiscated pays tribute to the barrels seized from the Kentucky Owl® distillery before prohibition. On the nose, you’ll experience hints of peach, mature oak, vanilla, and tobacco with aromas of cardamom. The palate fills with spicy oak, peaches and cream, and cinnamon butter while the finish offers herbal notes and lots of spice, rounded off by nutmeg. The Kentucky Owl St. Patrick’s Limited Edition is a blend of Kentucky Straight Bourbons varying in age from 4 – 8 years old each coming in with their own unique flavor characteristics. The Wiseman Bourbon from Kentucky Owl is the perfect blend of 4 Kentucky straight bourbons. Caramel, allspice, and citrus notes fill the nose. These lead to similar tastes across the tongue, as the allspice fades, the longer finish presents with caramel and hints of oak.
