This lovely dry rosé Champagne is made of 50% Chardonnay, 44% Pinot Noir, and 6% Meunier. Zero added dosage for a true Brut Nature experience. Louis Tarlant, who took over the estate at the turn of the 20th century, is largely credited with establishing the Champagne AOC in 1927. Most of the estate's wines are bottled with zero dosage, and the rosé follows suit. With a portion of still Pinot for color, this bone-dry Champagne will go great with freshly made chicken cutlet sandwiches topped with fresh garden veggies.
