From what I know, it's a man enhanced stone, such as reconstituted Jasper that is stabilized and dyed for a gorgeous and unique stone. Because of the process to make it, it is said to have stabilizing and calming metaphysical properties  Pendulum features: sun charm, orange crystal (faceted glass rondelle bead) and Sea Sediment Jasper point as well as round bead.
