  Rusty’s 4" Overland Advanced Kit with Rear Air Bags for the JT Gladiator was specifically developed to carry the increasing loads we are seeing people take on their overland trips. In the previous coil spring suspension kits using a coil in the rear we couldn't be happier with the performance but in the overland market, the increasing loads of 500 lbs. to well over 1000 lbs. even the triple rate coils just couldn't keep the load level. We spent well over a year working on different designs, and spring rates and to be able to have decent ride, great handling and carry these large loads, a coil spring just won't do the job right.  The answer was Rear Air Bags, these are Not an insert bag into your conventional coil springs, these are a completely air bag suspension, the coil spring is completely removed from the vehicle in the rear.
