If you have a 2014 or newer JK Wrangler with the optional steel Hard Rock bumper, you need a Winch to complete your Steel Bumper!The optional Hard Rock bumper is a worthy upgrade for 2014 and Newer JK Wranglers, but there are no provisions for mounting a winch.
